Quiet place surrounded by live oaks, close to everything

This little bungalow was the perfect place for my husband and me to stay for six months. It's located in its own compound with a few other cottages (nicely spaced) and surrounded by a nice lawn and beautiful oak trees dripping in Spanish moss that kept the house and porch quite cool during the hot months. The porch is a perfect place to enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine and watch the squirrels and birds, and the house is comfortable and equipped with everything you might need to relax or cook a meal. It's hard to believe that you are right in the middle of the city, because it is sooo peaceful, but at the same time, it is centrally located to everywhere - 15 minutes to downtown, 20 minutes to Tybee Island, 10 minutes to Habersham Village, and five to ten minutes to several restaurants and grocery stores. Sam is extremely responsive and accommodating and also, just a nice guy. We really felt fortunate to stay here!
