La Boheme -- Top Floor Loft
Overall, great place to stay in North Park! First, the location. La Boheme is right off 30th and University. Target is a block away. Vons is 2 blocks away. And there's a bunch of bars/restaurants/shops within walking distance. Plus the building has underground secure parking, gym, sauna, jacuzzi. Probably the best condo complex in the neighborhood. Second, the unit is fantastic. Top floor loft with 2 decks. You can watch the sunrise every morning from the kitchen window or from the wraparound deck. AC, in-unit W/D. In addition, this is the best stocked Furnished Finder stay I've ever experienced -- even includes a desk with a second monitor and printer for your home office. You really only need to bring your clothes and you can move right in. Third, Vince is a great landlord, very responsive. There were very few issues during my stay (e.g., the towel rod in the bathroom was loose at one point and he had it fixed the next day I was free). Highly recommend this place.

BEAUTIFUL SPACE AT A PERFECT LOCATION
This apartment was everything that I was looking for in a home. Tastefully furnished, smack in the heart of North Park, and walking distance to a whole bunch of awesome restaurants and amenities such as Target and Vons. The top 5 things that I loved about the apartment were:- - The fact that it came with all the electrical appliances that I could ever need (saved a fair bit of money on electronics there!) - The double balcony configuration made it ideal for hosting guests and dinner parties - The gym is pretty well stacked (again saved me money on an actual gym membership) and the hot tub was great with friends during the summer! - Private underground garage meant I didnt have to worry about my car at night (or have to worry about paying for parking!) - The unblocked view of the sunrise every morning as I had my coffee in the AM was rejuvenating for the soul x Vincent as a landlord was collaborative, communicative and super helpful in making my stay at his apartment as smooth and comfortable as possible. Would highly recommend! If youre looking for a sign for this place to be your next home - THIS IS IT! :)
