The washer and dryer are in-unit, however, we do use the same washer/dryer for our little family and we can coordinate a time and a date for us to use the washer/dryer. We are very flexible and will work around your schedule.

Perfection Location
This ADU is the perfect place to live. It has a full kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, and a nice patio outside with plenty of space. We stayed here with our dog and he absolutely loved it. There were plenty of things to do on my days off without having to drive far. The owners were always super fast to respond our messages and very welcoming. If I were to work in the San Diego area again I would love to stay here.

Beautiful studio and perfect location!
It was a great stay! Very good location and very peaceful. The landlords were very responsive and welcoming.
