Book this unit, you won't regret it!

My time at this property felt like a home away from home. Sharon was very accomodating and does everything to make my experience here worth it. My biggest concern was safety and privacy when looking for a unit but I never had to worry one bit about that while staying here. Unfortunately I had to end my stay early due to unforseen circumstances but Sharon reassured me of her understanding and welcomed me back for future trips which I will def rebook this unit if ever I'm back in town! The space was big enough to be a two bedroom unit with a fully equiped kitchen. This unit was just a few minutes away from the mall and a variety of restaurants nearby. If you're in this area looking for a short term leasing, book this unit! You won't regret it.

Private and clean studio

I stayed at this studio apt. during a 3 month travel assignment, and found it to be perfect for my needs! Plenty of space for 1-2 people, quiet and clean. Sharon and her husband were both very nice and accommodating. The unit was fully stocked, and washer/dryer on site was convenient. The unit was 6 minutes from Northwest Medical Center and very close to the mall and all shopping needs. I definitely plan on contacting Sharon again the next time I stay in Tucson!

CONSIDER CAREFULLY

I stayed in the Flowing Wells area during my travel stay for nursing work. I rented for three months. Carlos and his family are very kind. I got to spend time while they were practicing their mariachi. The courtyard is beautiful. Laundry is outside attached to the apartment. However the apartment had an outdated recliner, beautiful wooden furniture (but not comfortable to relax on), and a very small bath/shower. Couple asked me to pay the rent in cash. I thought this was a bit suspect. I decided to take my leave. I cleaned the apartment even though they charge a cleaning fee. I sent photos of the cleaned apartment and video of the state it was in before I left. Getting my deposit back was a complete nightmare. I don't know if it was sheer spite, but Sharon made it uncomfortable and painstaking just to return what was owed. I would NOT recommend staying here.

THE BEST

I worked at the hospital here in town as a travel nurse. They were awesome and compassionate. I extended here for many months. If I ever go back to tucson for any reason Im renting here. Simply the best.
