Location, location, location!

My husband and I lived in this furnished Plaza Midwood bungalow for 6 months when we first moved to CLT. We loved that it had everything we needed to set up shop temporarily until we could find our forever home. The biggest draw is the location!! Set in a historic, walkable, and family friendly neighborhood, we loved stumbling home from the incredible selection of bars and restaurants and walking our dog to the dog park (literally one block away) and along sugar creek greenway. The neighbors on the street are all so friendly, and we spent many a spring day sitting on the porch with wine and saying hello to people who passed. Juan Pablo was an incredible landlord who was exceedingly communicative and quick to fix any issues. The house is older but has charm and is perfectly cozy. You cannot beat being able to walk to everything Plaza has to offer!
