Highly Recommended
Akiko was a great landlord. She was super responsive by text, always solved problems that came up quickly, and was extremely respectful of our privacy. She also returned our deposit swiftly and fairly. The property was also well taken care of before we stayed there. In addition, the location was great in Carrollton - close to many grocery stores, restaurants, and businesses. The house was fully stocked with everything someone would need while staying there - even things like batteries, nail clippers, and a tool kit.

Fabulous property!
My family and I rented this home for the month of June, 2025. It worked out perfectly for our needs to have a comfortable homebase while visiting family in the area. The home is exceptionally clean and most of the rooms have good natural light, both of which are very important to us. It is spacious and tastefully furnished, has comfortable beds, and is decorated just enough to give it a homey feel without clutter. The fenced backyard was a huge plus for our dog. The sunroom is a neat feature. Furthermore, the location is great - quiet, safe neighborhood near stores, yoga, restaurants, and highways. Akiko is a wonderful landlord, very responsive, accomodating, and helpful. I highly recommend this rental property! Helen

Best furnished rental around!
This house was hands down the best furnished rental experience my family has ever had! The owner is extremely responsive, communicative, and professional. Any issues we had with the house, she immediately had a plan in place to fix the issue. We have 2 young kids and a dog and this house was very kid friendly and has a great yard for a dog. One of the best aspects of this house is that it has all your basic needs (aluminum foil, disinfectant wipes, ziplocks, tupperware, hand soap, sponges) as well as having things above and beyond what most rentals have (printer paper, sticky notes, batteries, toiletry items, olive oil, spices, baskets for storage, laundry basket). I cannot say enough good things about this rental and the owner. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in a well furnished home in a quiet, safe neighborhood.
