Remodeled Mountainside Townhome w/ Office, King Suite & Covered Parking (Peaceful & Spacious)

Move-in ready with great access to the Rockies

I leased this home for the summer and it was a great stay. It was completely move-in ready and needed nothing. Jeremy was terrific to work with. The location is a big plus. It's footsteps from the Rockies and sits right at the on-ramp to the mountains on I-70, so Red Rocks couldn't be any closer. It's also adjacent to Green Mountain, which was perfect for a late-afternoon or pre-coffee hike. The town of Golden is just three stoplights away, and downtown Denver is less than 15 minutes out when you want the city. I mainly hiked while I was there, and the location made that easy. Highly recommend!

Great location and property

Our stay at this townhome was wonderful! We stayed here for a month between selling and buying our new house. Jeremy was super accommodating and easy to communicate with. We have 2 young kids, a cat and a dog and felt very safe in this neighborhood. We loved how easy it was to walk to the green mountain trails as well as the outdoor pool (through Foothills- not a part of the complex). I also work from home and was easily able to do so from there- internet speed was great! One note is that the third bedroom is used as an office- there is no bed in there, but could easily fit an air mattress, if needed. Would definitely recommend for a longer term stay!

Very satisfied

I stayed here from May to August. I was very comfortable. Big dining room table, comfortable couch, comfortable bed. Clean. Parking right outside the door. Close to all highways. Convenient location. I would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Amazing location with everything you need

I rented the property for 3 months between selling my old house and buying next. The area is amazing with great views and really nice neighbors. Quiet and very safe area as well. Hiking trailhead an 8 minute walk from backdoor. The property has everything you need for a stay. Internet service is fast. Beds are comfy, plenty of room for guests when you want to watch football on Sundays, etc. Landlord is super responsive when needed. We had very good communications and wouldn't hesitate to recommend his place. It worked really well for us and we ended up buying a house very close because we liked the area so much.
