Basement suite in private home. Large main room with king bed, desk, bureau. Small room off main room to relax and enjoy TV (Netflix-or can watch from bed). Private bath with large, step-in shower. Room has small microwave, fridge and electric kettle. Kitchen access for all other needs, and 1st floor laundry. Off street parking. I have cats that have never been allowed in your space (family members have severe allergies)...

Vibrant, family neighborhood that is blissfully quiet after dark. You'll see lots of neighbors out walking their dogs, or heading home after a walk or run in Mine Falls Park, whose entrance abuts the neighborhood. A one-minute walk takes you to the Nashua branch of the YMCA. Two minutes to the Everett Turnpike/Route 3 which takes you north towards Manchester/Concord, or south towards Boston.
