Private and welcoming

Beth was so sweet and friendly, she even fed me on Thanksgiving. Her home has that old home charm. No central heating but she had multiple space heaters and it stayed nice and toasty. It was clean and they launder the bedding/towels for you. The upstairs is set up as an apartment. Two rooms, a kitchen and bathroom separate from their main living space down stairs. The bathroom has a clawfoot tub with shower, which, I had never used before and definitely decided I did not care for being engulfed in a shower curtain but it served its purpose. One of the cross streets is a busy one, so there is some road noise at times but lots of street parking. Close to the hospital and shopping. They have 2 little dogs that do not have access to the rental space but may bark at you a bit as you walk by. They decided they liked me by the end of my stay.
