Riverside

Overall our stay was great. We only rented for more than a month. The space is clean and spacious. We like that the kitchen has the amenities we needed for the stay so we didnt have to worry about packing kitchenware. Bonus for the backyard and laundry space. And hosts are responsive and accommodating.

Amazing House to rent!

The home is spacious, there are beautiful trees all around and the backyard area is beautiful. The house is well-maintained and in great condition. The kitchen/ bedrooms are fully stocked. The neighbors are very friendly and everything is close by ( target, groceries, mall). The hosts are nice and easy to communicate with. We stayed here while moving out of our rental and before closing escrow on our new place. The move in/ move out process was easy to do. If you are looking for a great house, we highly recommend this place for families/couples/etc!

Cozy private and peaceful

This unit is very spacious and I appreciate the privacy and comfort of having your own restroom and private entrance. There is a shared laundry space with other tenants but even that has been mindfully blocked off so that when youre there you still have privacy. I dont know if the ac was on a timer but it always had a perfect temperature, I didnt have to worry about it being too cold or hot. The location is also great, youre 10minutes from basically everything, including main freeways. Unfortunately I took a job in a different county otherwise I would have continued to rent here!
