Great location and landlords!
I stayed at this Wash Park gem for 6 months and had an excellent experience. Morgan was very responsive and friendly whenever our paths crossed. The space was great for one person!

Beautiful home!
This was such a cute spot located by many fun and exciting businesses/restaurants! It is just 1 block away from Broadway, but when youre in the unit it feels like youre in a residential area, a super great balance of vibes. Morgan was a super attentive and kind host, would always respond quickly if I had a question or needed something. Would highly recommend!

Perfect for my stay!
Stayed with Morgan and Ryan for a few months over the summer. Loved how close this spot was to Burndown & just a short stroll away from Wash Park. Felt super comfortable with my car parked out back since there was a ring camera covering the parking area. Morgan was super friendly and very responsive anytime something needed to be fixed or if i had requests for the AC to be adjusted. I would definitely stay with them again!!
