I stayed at Dennis's place for around a month and a half and he was very accommodating. He runs a good show and is very open to requests. We ran different schedules, but he was always good about asking if I needed anything and was great to have conversation with. The place is located in a good area with grocery stores and restaurants being close by. I would highly recommend staying at Dennis's place if you are in the area.

Great place to say

I stayed at Denniss place for two months and couldnt have asked for a better experience. The house was spotless and fully equipped with everything I neededfrom a complete set of kitchen utensils to laundry detergent and other essentials. It really felt like a home away from home. The room had its own TV, and there was also a larger TV in the main living area, both with access to multiple streaming services at no extra cost. Perfect for relaxing after a long shift. Dennis is a fantastic hostwelcoming, responsive, and genuinely a great guy. I really enjoyed our chats and wish I could come back just to hear more of his stories. I highly recommend this place

Perfect location, clean and nice respectful roommate

Dennis is a complete gentleman and made sure my move in was super easy, he provides everything you need from laundry detergent, napkins, wipes, soap shower caps etc. All I had to do was bring my clothes and groceries. Thats it. He helped me walk my dog when I went out of town it was at work for 10 hours. I had 3 places to choose and Im glad I chose this property. It was a bit more expensive but I see why. He literally should charge $2,000 a month because he did so much. Also hes flexible I was going to extend but my contract terminated 10 days before I could renew and he was fine, he didnt even flinch. He just wants to make sure I was super comfortable. Also the amenities in the community is awesome, I had a free gym, sauna, steam room, and pool. My next stay in south Florida is at this place. The distance for food , groceries, entertainment is less than 1.5 miles. 2-3 minute Drive. He will definitely keep the place super clean and I had a dog.
