Great Landlords and great location
We loved our stay here. Tyler was wonderful to deal with, he's a Jr. High School principal and is very busy when school is in. We had no problem with communication in anyway. The house is so convenient to anything/everything you need. The house was perfect for us and we enjoyed the area.

Great Location but Opportunities To Improve
The location of this home is great being near amenities and all the trails including Garden of Gods and Red Rocks and Pikes. But poor communication from landlord and lack of coordination of things getting completed made me give this less stars. I often would not hear back for 3 or more days and usually never got notices if someone came to the house. Think there can be more done to make this home a proper furnished place for long term stays.
