The community amenities are an added bonus and truly enhance the experience. The gym is convenient and well maintained, the hot tub is perfect for unwinding, and the pool is clean and inviting. Combined with Mike and Pattys hospitality and the immaculate condition of their home, this is a place I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Patty and Mike are remarkable and genuinely care about your stay. The house is beautiful in a gated community complete with gym and pool/ hot tub. This is an A plus place to stay dont hesitate to book here.

Wonderful Stay in a Great Location

I recently stayed at Mike and Patricia place for over a month and had an excellent experience. The place was quiet, clean, cozy and looked exactly like the picture. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was really spacious, washer & dryer in home, they provided separate refrigerator and the entire home had everything I needed. The neighborhood is gated and the location is within close proximity to restaurants, Sprout and Costco just to name a few. Mike and Patricia was an excellent host, responsive, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area Thanks again for fantastic stay.

I loved my stay at this rental in Fontana! The room is a great size for one personcozy but not crampedwith a clean, private bathroom. The smart amenities are a huge plus, including Google Home and a smart bed for extra comfort. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and available anytime for cooking. The house is in a newly built, gated neighborhood, so its quiet, clean, and safe. There are great community amenities like a public pool and a gym. The landlord even arranges monthly room cleaning, which keeps everything fresh. Most importantly, the landlord is fantasticsuper kind, helpful when needed, but also very respectful of privacy. Its rare to find that perfect balance! Overall, this place was everything I was looking for. If you want a modern, peaceful, and well-maintained rental in Fontana, I highly recommend it!
