Riverfront Townhome - Great Location - Quiet/New Community

Easy river living!

We cannot say enough positive things about our stay at Jacob's house. Our family was relocating back to Reno, NV and wanted a place centrally located that had enough space and outdoor access. The home was even better than the pictures! Everything was well cared for and the thoughtfulness through out the home made living here a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and we frequently went for walks down to the river with our toddler. Working with Jacob was a true pleasure from initial inquiry to move out. He excels at open communication and addressed any questions or issues we had quickly. If you want the peace of mind of renting from a great property owner look no further.

My husband and I rented this lovely townhome for 4 months while getting to know Reno. Jacob, the landlord/property owner is great, easy to work with, kindly introduced us to the neighborhood with insights and great recommendations for bars/restaurants. His response time is ridiculously quick, and always fast to follow up on any questions/needs. But we really didn't need much, the home was well equipped and comfortable. The townhouse area is very quiet, new, nicely landscaped, a min walk to the river and 1-5 miles drive to parks, downtown, and 80 and an easy jumping on point for travels and exploring the area. I also walked and ran all over, again easy space to take advantage of. There is 1 restaurant within walking distance (very good too) and some funky artsy/craft, plant, clothing stores nearby as well. Neighbors were friendly, respectful, and had great energy. We loved our stay, Jacob was awesome, we hope to land here again for future Reno stays.
