5 Star Stay

I stayed here for a total of 9 months and I have to say the place was amazing. It's convenient for restaurants and bars plus comes with parking garage which was a life saver. Shell is a top notch hostess. I would stay again.

Great location, out of touch landlord.

The location is great. The studio has no TV, bare walls, and the cheapest bedding possible AND she charges you extra for WiFi. I feel that $2400 is overpriced for a 400 sq ft studio. The property manager is amazing but the landlord herself deducted $150 from our security deposit for a cleaning fee from we moved in. However, the floor was filthy when we moved in. When sharing this, she essentially said "well that's the property manager's fault" and still deducted the money from security deposit. This cleaning fee is not in the lease.
