Great apartment and fantastic hosts

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! From the very first moment we felt completely at home. The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to give advice or help with anything we needed. Everything was exactly as described – the room as well as the whole apartment were spacious, always very clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking. A huge advantage was having a washing machine and dryer directly in the apartment, as well as two bathrooms, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is also perfect. You can use three metro lines (4, 5, and 6), all just a few minutes’ walk away, and there are also buses nearby. Getting to Midtown takes only a short time. Another big plus is that there is an Aldi and several other shops just a short walk from the apartment, which was very convenient. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would definitely recommend it to everyone and would happily come back again!

Highly Recommended - Comfortable and welcoming place

We had an excellent experience with these landlords! The apartment was exactly as advertised – clean and very well equipped. The landlords were incredibly kind, responsive, and always willing to help, which made me feel at home right away. The location is great — right in Manhattan, just a few blocks from the express green line and the 125th Street train station. The bus stop is also very close by. About five blocks away, you’ll find Marshalls and Aldi, along with plenty of delis in the area. On 116th Street, there are several fast-food options like Wendy’s and great Mexican spots. Overall, it’s an ideal place for both short and long stays. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and cozy home!

A lovely place to stay!

I had a lovely stay in this apartment over the summer! The building was clean, quiet, free of pests, and true to both descriptions and photos. The landlords were always courteous and attentive and helped me feel at home in the city by offering local perspectives and tips! I especially enjoyed the beautiful garden space and in-unit laundry facilities. I also found that the location was very convenient since it is close to several bus and metro stations as well as grocery stores.

It was a Wonderful Place to Stay

I highly recommend any property under this landlord. They are warm, generous, responsive, and friendly from the start, and I felt very comfortable and supported throughout my stay. Room is comfortable and clean, and the rest of the house is well equipped and spacious. Plenty of amenities in the neighborhood and 2 subway stations are a short walk away. It was my home away for home for the duration of my stay!
