Excellent location

I’ve had a wonderful experience living here. The apartment community is clean, quiet, and very well maintained. The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were handled quickly and efficiently. The amenities are always in great condition, and the property feels safe and welcoming. I especially appreciate how peaceful the environment is — it truly feels like home. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major routes. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great management. I’m extremely satisfied with my decision to live here.

Perfect stay

This is the best stay that we have experienced on furnished finder so far. It is well thought out and also had luxury features that not a lot of places include. Ana and Bill took care of us and made us feel comfortable. We stayed for about 10 months while I was working an assignment in Perris and there aren't a lot of stays out there and we really got lucky with this beautiful casita in Nuevo. Thank you so much for providing a wonderful place for us to stay. We will recommend this place to anyone who needs somewhere to stay for a while.
