Furnished Room within a house available Room 2

I have a room within my home that I am looking to fill. There are currently two of us living here, both guys around 30. It is 12x10 with, with a key if needed to lock the door. The room comes furnished with a full size bed and a dresser and a few shelves (all pictured); there is a bathroom down the hall that would be shared.
