Convenient Place to Stay

I lived here a little over 5 months. The location is convenient, with easy access to the highway and a quick drive to Providence and the surrounding area. Multiple grocery stores and restaurants within driving (or even walking) distance, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Adrian is a great landlord! Communication was great throughout my stay, and the few times there were issues, he resolved them quickly, keeping me up-to-date via text if anything needed to be done when I was at work. We agreed on lease terms that worked for both of us and it was a smooth process to move in and out. The apartment had all the amenities I needed, including storage space, furniture, fast wi-fi, and on-site laundry. The mattress is comfortable but a little thin, so I recommend bringing a foam topper if you like more cushiness. The upstairs neighbors are nice and respectful and I felt safe around them. Overall, good place to stay and Adrian went above and beyond to make me feel at home!
