Great Location

This unit is a in a great location being so close to downtown Salem and to I-5 for traveling the state. There are lots of great hikes in the area and Eleanor has taken great care to decorate the place with the PNW in mind and leave some travel guides so you can get the most out of your time in Oregon. I had a peaceful stay while I was traveling for work, the neighborhood and unit itself were quiet and the windows also let in tons of natural light (it really did not feel like a basement level unit). it also had an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as nice amenities that made my stay very cozy. The place was well kept, modern, clean, and felt very private. I would stay here again!

Lovely 2 Bedroom Unit

My fiance, dog and I stayed at this unit for 6 months while on assignment at Salem Health! It's in a prime location, being a 5 minute commute to work. It surpassed our expectations. It was spacious and comfortable for us. You'd never know you're in the basement with the large windows bringing in natural light. The fenced in yard was nice for our dog while the surrounding neighborhood is very walkable / family friendly. There is a parking spot for you in the back with plenty of street parking. Eleanor is a super attentive and a quiet landlord (not hearing her much at all, living above us). She was quick to respond and super chill. Eleanor decorated the house for the holidays making it feel a home away from home. Thanks for allowing us to experience beautiful Oregon, Eleanor!
