I stayed at this property for 3 months and I had a great experience. The landlord always attentive via phone or in person for any needs to make me comfortable throughtout my stay. The neighbor is great and it feels safe to walk around. Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed with Meemee for 4 weeks during my rotation at BJC and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The neighborhood is beautiful, felt very safe, and was only ~5-6min drive to hospital! Meemee was so kind, always available, and made sure I had everything I needed and more (even brought home butter cake and baked treats!) Would recommend in a heartbeat to any rotating student looking for a place to stay in CWE! The best.

Excellent place to stay, especially if commuting to BJC. The owner is very accommodating, and the neighborhood is really safe. It's in a great location to everything, including food and shopping. The bedrooms are very spacious, and the bathrooms and everything are aesthetically pleasing. The owners are very professional and communicate quickly!

I rented at this house in a beautiful, safe and close to Barnes Jewish and many others. It is a walking distance or less than 10 mins drive to work. It was such a please to walk or run in the neighborhood. Mee Mee is very kind and nice to stay with. She even came to pick me up to view as well as taking me on a good walk to the Arch before I left the city, She is always there if you need her. If I come back would stay at her place again.

Great place

Lovely home. MeeMee is always available and makes sure that you are comfortable at all times. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and only a 20 minute was to Barnes Jewish. Would recommend to any rotating student or anyone looking for a place to stay in the Central West End.

I stayed at the place for a little less than a month. It was overall a good experience. Westminister is a quiet and clean neighborhood with many historical buildings. During my stay, the owner did everything to make me feel at home. Highly recommend.

I rented a room near Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis for about six months and had a great experience. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, which made it easy to relax after work. It was super convenient being so close to the hospital and shopping areas. The homeowner was always quick to respond if I had any questions and was really flexible and understanding when I needed help. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stayId definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the area.

Stay at 4405 Westminster Pl.

I was in STL for my rotation at WashU and stayed here for 4 weeks! Had an absolutely wonderful time! The landlord is so helpful, the room is so beautiful with all amenities in place. The bathroom is beautiful. The kitchen is so aesthetically pleasing! It makes one want to cook ! The house has so much of greenery around it!! I loved taking long walks around the neighbourhood. The neighbourhood is at a safe place and I had the chance to interact with some of the neighbours as well, they were all so sweeet! I wish I could stay for longer . It was just such a beautiful and comfortable stay! 100% recommended!
