Gorgeous & Serene, great location near Med Center

The Perfect Place

I stayed here for four weeks while rotating at Milton Hershey Hospital, and it was so convenient. Jessica truly thought of everything. The apartment was very quiet, safe, clean, and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this cozy hideaway!

Home Away From Home

From the moment I spoke on the phone with Jessica, I just knew this experience was going to be great. She has such a warmth and care and it carries through in all of her properties. Her and her husband were working on the space directly next to my rental. They both made sure they not only were accommodating but also, they were done in a timely manner to not disturb me. And the rental space had everything you could need. Not only was it decorated adorably, but it was so well thought out. This is a shared property with single rental spaces so there will be the normal noise from others. But nothing disturbing. This place is such a great find; close to Hershey Park, supermarkets, shopping, highways, and the hospital. Jessica also leaves a lovely renters guide with all important information and a welcome basket! She truly thought of everything and you will be glad you stayed here!

Perfect Space!

I stayed here for 4 weeks in August for a student rotation. This space was perfect for me. It was furnished with everything that you could possibly need for a month long stay! Jessica was so responsive and answered all of my questions promptly. It was only a 5 minute drive to the Milton Hershey Hospital. There is a main street right down the road and tons of shopping opportunities in the other direction. As a female I felt completely safe here! I would absolutely stay here again if the opportunity arised.

Great Place to Call Home

I stayed here for 4 weeks while rotating at the hospital nearby and this was the perfect place for me! It was clean, quiet, had everything I needed, and was very close to lots of great restaurants and stores. Jessica is a fantastic host and was always very responsive. I also brought my cat with me and he enjoyed our stay, as well. Would definitely recommend!

Cute Apartment

Beautiful apartment, especially the bathroom. Has everything you need in kitchen and in a great location!

It's All About The Details

I stayed here for a month during my veterinary rotation. The space is beautifully decorated with everything you need and more. You can tell how much thought that was placed in creating this space down to the smallest detail. A nice little neighborhood is behind the property for a leisurely stroll. There is a grocery store, TJ maxx and restaurants just down the street which was incredibly convenient. Herhey park is minutes away. The landlord was fantastic, quick to respond, and gracious. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Wonderful Apartment

I stayed here for 4 months and felt so at home. The apartment is cozy, clean, and has everything that you need. I was there summer into winter and was able to stay cool on the hot days and warm on the cold days with the mini splits. You're walking distance to so many restaurants and stores, and a 5 minute drive to Penn State Health. Jes is an incredible landlord who is responsive, helpful, and welcoming. Hummelstown is a cute town that always seems to have something fun going on. I highly recommend staying here!

Best Short-Term Stay Experience

I stayed here for a month and couldnt have asked for a better experience. The space was bright, comfortable, and exactly as described a perfect mix of cozy and functional. The location was ideal, just minutes from the medical center and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. What stood out the most was the landlords hospitality. They made sure every detail was perfect and genuinely went out of their way to ensure I felt at home. I always had what I needed, and it was clear they cared about making the stay as smooth and welcoming as possible. Id absolutely recommend this place to anyone needing a short-term stay in the area. It felt less like a rental and more like a home away from home.
