Excellent studio in a quiet and cozy neighborhood
I had a great stay here! Pam & Jess are incredibly welcoming hosts that made sure I had a great time while I was visiting in Chapel Hill. The apartment is very comfortable and felt like home as soon as I got there. Very close to the hospital and everything else was a quick drive from the neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

A Hidden Gem
I loved staying here! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. People wave to each other as you drive by one another. The space was a good size; the kitchen has a nice gas stove and awesome non-stick pots. I felt very welcomed throughout my entire stay.

Quiet large private
The apartment was spacious, Conveniently located to shopping restaurants gyms, park. The view was amazing overlooking Morgans creek. UNC within minutes of the apartment. Jess and Pam were extremely accommodating.

Quiet, safe & clean studio apartment
I had a great experience here! The apartment was clean and quiet, with a private entrance and nice view into the trees. It was the perfect size for me, it feels pretty spacious for a studio apartment. There is a laundromat within 10 minutes drive. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and friendly. It's nearby many places to eat, grocery stores/shopping, and things to do. Pam & Jess were very accommodating, always reachable by text or call, super friendly and always happy to help! I would definitely recommend staying here!
