The Hidden Gem In Littleton
If I could give six stars, I would — five for the unit and one just for Tran. I stayed here during my internship and this place ruined all future rentals for me. The ADU is charming, perfectly sized for one person, and being detached from the main house means you get actual privacy. It's the kind of place you're genuinely happy to come home to. Also, it is fenced in so your furry friend can run around happy as a clam! Tran is simply a great landlord. Responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with in a way that felt refreshingly human. If you get the chance to stay here, take it. Price is unbeatable for what you get.
