Wonderful stay!

I stayed here for nearly six months and had a wonderful experience. Nicole is an incredible host, she was always friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond, even sharing her delicious homemade treats. Even though the unit is downstairs, it was surprisingly quiet, you could never hear any noise from upstairs. Nicole was also very responsive and attentive to any needs. When I first arrived, there were some issues with the WiFi reaching the downstairs unit, but she quickly resolved it by investing in WiFi extenders, which completely fixed the problem. Additionally, parking was convenient, as I was able to park right in front of the house most days, and the commute to UW and Seattle Children’s was easy. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and beautiful. Overall, I truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Outstanding host and summer stay

I stayed here from May through August last summer and found the host to be friendly, hospitable and proactive with necessary communication. The ADU itself is well-furnished and located in a great neighborhood. Overall, I would recommend this stay to anyone.
