Super safe neighborhood, close to great state parks, local ski resort, top-notch hospitals and nightlife/restaurants. This is a home with two rentals in one building (one up & one down). No shared spaces. Covered parking for our upcoming Winter weather.

Basic
Rented basement for 3 months. Not clean on move in eapecially microwave and fridge. Bed/couch were full of dog hair, dog food on the floor like it had been thrown on the floor in random places. Left way cleaner than recieved. Beware, depending on unknown reasons landlord may rent out without asking if you are going to extend then claim she reached out to you and never actually did. Even claimed our phones were disconnected. My zelle account paid out half on friday and the other half on monday for some reason (out of my control) She still got her money on time still was not satisfied i guess. Not much to say about the place other than its a bit out dated washer is on the small side and dryer makes all kinds of noise but its there. Apartment has basics, no stove but has a burner. We were good tenants and wanted to stay there for another 3 month extension and asked as soon as i was offered but she rented without informing. Oh well..Live and let live.
