This little house has it all! Newly renovated in summer of 24. Great yard for your pets, perfect location for walking to all things Fruita including 2 Breweries, Bestslope Coffee, or Hot Tomato Pizza.
Great location!! Walking distance to all things Fruita. This unit is minutes away from 4 different Hospitals. Quick access to the Colorado Riverfront Trail.
Nice house in safe location
This house has everything you could want or need. Its in a cute little town where amenities are within walking distance. The neighborhood is small and I felt safe at all times. The landlord was always a call or text away if we needed anything and very responsive and pleasant to interact with. Commuting to the hospitals in Grand Junction is a quick shot from this house. There are hiking, walking, and biking trails EVERYWHERE. Youre a short drive to ski resorts in the winter and very close to Moab, Utah which has a ton of things to see and do if youre looking for adventure. Overall, this location was a good choice for us. We would stay here again if we ever ended back up in that area.
Cute house with a beautiful view
Cute little house with wraparound yard. Landlord was very responsive if any issues came up. House is conveniently located across the street from a Walgreens and a grocery store. The town is small and has some good restaurants and coffee shops, which were within walking distance from the house. The town and neighborhood felt extremely safe. The Colorado National Monument is just down the road and is a beautiful drive that should be on your to do list. There are unlimited hiking and biking opportunities in the area. Community Hospital is a 10 minute easy commute. Grand Junction is about a 15 minute drive and has every store you could ever need. Landlord is a nice guy and he was very easy to get along with anytime we spoke. Overall, this is a good option for travel nurses. We ended up living there for over a year and would absolutely choose this house again if we ever came back.
