11/10!!!

My fianc and I did a 4 month stay at the upstairs apartment and could not recommend this location enough. Location is GREAT. Its a block away from Central Ave which was great for us to explore in our free time. So many amazing new restaurants, shops, and bars in this area. The apartment was spacious, clean, and filled with everything we could have ever needed- making our move-in/stay a comfortable and easy. The neighborhood is quiet and great for morning walks which we appreciated. We loved the shared outdoor deck space and enjoyed it almost every night! The landlord was beyond responsive and helpful during our stay (also an absolute gem), we could not have been in better hands! Will keep this at the top of our list for the future!

Stylish Apt. Walking to Grand Central

Stayed for the month of February. The apt is stylish, comfortable, and clean. Location is great. 1 block walk to Central Ave. where there are restaurants, bagel shops, breweries, bagel shops. Good laundry facilities on site. Outdoor shared deck. Neighborhood was quiet. Downtown St Pete within 2-3 miles. Landlords attentive to any needs. Highly recommend!

Great place and location

I had an excellent experience staying at this 1-bedroom rental! The apartment was clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped minus a dishwasher, and the furniture was both stylish and practical. The location was perfectquiet, yet close to all the essential shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive and made sure everything was in place for my arrival. Overall, it exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable temporary home!
