Refused to Refund Deposit even though....
On May 26, 2026 I signed a "lease" to rent this property with my Aunt for the month of July. By June 6, my Auntie was not doing so well and was hospitalized three times. She was then placed in a skilled nursing facility. I let this landlord know on June 6th and requested my deposit be refunded. The original listing and I believe the present listing says the deposit is refundable, yet Patrick Bullis did not refund our money. I submitted documents from the hospital and explained extenuating circumstances still Bullis kept the money. I think that most people would show some compassion when a renter is hospitalized and subsequently placed in a nursing home. Not this guy. Lack of compassion = BEWARE!!!! Also, property pretty messy on outside; never saw inside.
