Perfect Apartment

The owners renovated this place as if they live in it. The kitchen is perfect size for 1-2 people. The highlights are granite countertops, large gas stove, and a large dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, and there is room to bring a few of your own items! It is stocked with stainless steel cookware, which is a plus for those who don't like the cheap Teflon chemicals! The bathroom is modern and very easy to keep clean! The walk-in closet is perfect size to house all of your clothes and accessories. Overall this apartment is perfect for your stay in North Buffalo!

Really cant say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay here. It has everything you could possibly want out of a living situation. I was originally planning on staying for only a couple of months, but after i got in here I didn't want to leave and ended up staying almost a year. -The unit is a 10. Everything is top quality, from the brand new porch, to the bed and the walkin closet, to the appliances which are all new and state of the art. It has an open style with a ton of natural light, and the owners stock it with plants to give it a very calming and zen vibe -The location is a 10. One of my favorite neighborhoods in the buffalo area, it is a quiet, super walkable community and the Hertel and Delaware Park are right down the street. -The owners are also a 10. They give you your space but make sure you have everything you need taken care of. They really go out of their way to make it a special place for you to be. I'm already jealous of the next person who gets to stay here
