Gem of a home with great landlords

We rented this house for 6 months and it was a perfect place to land during our time in Seattle. It is convenient to I-5, Columbia City, and the light rail. Being on a dead-end street, it feels private while being in the heart of the neighborhood. The house is well-appointed, comfortable, and has luxurious touches. The kitchen has high-end appliances, plentiful dishware, and thoughtful accessories. The upstairs suite was especially appreciated--from the fireplace, to the bidet, to the spacious walk-in closet--they thought of everything when creating this space. Rebecca and Andi were amazing to work with. They were communicative, responsive, and flexible. We would highly recommend this house.

Excellent House!

Becky and Andis house was such a wonderful first rental experience for us. They sincerely had everything we could have needed stocked in the house. Perfect amounts of dishes, linens and furniture. We really appreciated the assortment of blankets and pillows, made things very cozy. Their space was well thought out and very inviting to stay in. The bathtub and fireplace in the master bedroom made our winter stay feel luxurious. Its in a great location too, very close to I-5 and the airport. They were very warm, kind and responsive landlords. They were very easy to communicate with and really welcoming to our cats which we truly appreciated! We highly recommend their place for renting.
