Great Stay!

I am a travel RT so this place was great, only 7 minute drive to the hospital. Dave is very clean, respectful and courteous. It was my first time renting a room and Dave was awesome, made my stay very easy. He was always making sure I had what I needed, I love ice so he was constantly making sure the ice maker had enough ice for me lol I also had a large bird poop on my car and he told me a couple times i should clean it off so I didnt ruin my paint, I kept forgetting and after a couple days he cleaned it off my car for me! The room was great, bed was comfortable , private bath was nice and big and all around a great place to stay. Kitchen has a beautiful view of the lake and the sunsets are to die for! I would definitely stay with Dave again!

House is great LL not Loud, rude, swears, calls you names, STAY AWAY

Spent 30 min complaining about what kind of chicken I eat Said I shouldn’t vote since I didn’t think airplanes are hired by govt to kill us Wants you to keep your door open while awake, creeper vibes SO cold vent over bed blasting air Complains about previous renters how they left early or stayed in their room Complains about his job spent 20 min complaining about not having enough time to make salmon one night Makes up things to complain about you After I left he refused to refund the security deposit Place was fairly clean when I left but he demanded another 250 cleaning fee with no proof Took 4 weeks and me threatening to sue to get deposit back Threatened a countersuit to bully me Demanded I write a letter saying I won’t sue him or leave this review All while swearing and putting me down Makes me wonder how many other women he tried to bully to not leave a review Of course FF not helpful 1000 letters doesn’t help explain! Dave should not be a LL; just all around hostile

Clean and quiet

Dave dose a great job communicating and asking if you need anything. He keeps his place clean and comfortable. Good storage. Nice amenities at the clubhouse and parking on site. Close to hospital, gym and shopping. Enjoyed my stay.
