Historic Old Town Orcutt is a small and charming community founded over 100 years ago. While Santa Maria features all the convenience of large shopping centers like Costco and Walmart, and is adjacent to Interstate 101, it's Orcutt that offers the small town ambiance and more relaxed vibe. There are several good restaurants in Orcutt and just up the hill is an amazing park for mountain biking, running, or just enjoying nature.

Quiet and comfy home.
I have had the pleasure of staying on this property since then end of November. I can’t stress enough how much I’ve loved staying here! The property is clean, cozy quiet, and comfortable. The location is great! It’s about a 15 minute drive from Santa Maria for all of your shopping needs. It’s also less than an hour drive away from cute coastal cities like Pismo beach, Avila beach, and San Luis Obispo. Linda and Mary are extremely helpful and kind landlords. Anyone would be lucky to stay here!
