This property is not worth $1350

The picture says different from real life. First of all, it's in a very, very sketchy neighborhood. The floor was dirty. There was trash left in the trash can and the smell. It's horrible. Having different smells of Airwick is overbearing. Next the flooring there has a tilt in the floor. In the bed is right where the tilt is so I had to sleep at the end of the bed instead of ahead of the bed because I felt like my blood was rushing to my head. This place should be rent for $500 literally. I stayed in Nigeria in a village that had buildings more luxury than this. (With a jungle in the back) Oh, and by the way, there will be no refund back to you if you don't like it it's terrible.
