Best First Furnished Finder Experience!

My husband and I had an awesome 3-month stay at Theresa’s! We had just moved to Portland, and her private ADU was the perfect home base while we searched for our permanent home. Even with most of our belongings in storage, the unit was so thoughtfully stocked that we wanted for nothing. We cook most meals at home and had every pot, pan, and utensil we needed. The unit offers plenty of street parking, a private entrance, and access to your own washer and dryer. I always felt very safe in both the home and neighborhood. Eastmoreland is beautiful and quiet, perfect for walks with our dog, and nearby Woodstock has great restaurants, grocery options, and activities. I also had an easy commute to work in Lents, while my husband comfortably worked remotely with strong internet. Theresa was welcoming, responsive, and full of great recommendations. Highly recommend!

Eastmoreland Perfection!

My family stayed in Theresa's guest home for 7 weeks while our house was being renovated, and it was a wonderful experience. The unit is attached to the main house, but very private, with a dedicated washer and dryer in the garage. The space is comfortable, with all of the necessary amenities to make it feel like home (well stocked kitchen, fast WiFi, Roku TV, etc.). The neighborhood is gorgeous, with convenient access to the Woodstock neighborhood to the east, and Sellwood to the west. We loved taking our dog for walks on the beautiful tree-lined streets. Theresa was phenomenal to work with! Very responsive to any questions, and when we needed to extend our stay at the last minute, it was seamless. Would absolutely stay here again, or recommend it to friends and family when they come to town.
