A quiet and sweet neighborhood in a great central location. Easy access for day to day needs: grocery store, I-25, and trips into downtown/plaza. We stayed for five months. It was a perfect location to get to know Santa Fe. The space is lovely. Great natural light, two bathrooms was a plus for hosting visiting friends/family. Patio and yard were great for our toddler. The landlord is easy to work with, cares about their house and their tenants stay. Offered up additional household items to us to make sure we were set up properly. Followed up quickly with us on any questions. Landlord knows the neighbors and part of the community. It made a positive impact on our stay.
