There is a lot of space and it is not on a hill. Parking is great almost all furniture is brand new as well as bedding is all new. Very quiet neighborhood, blackout curtains the rooms are very large also has an outside deck with a fire pit. Lawn service is included with the property. The home has been remodeled.there is a tv in living room and there will be one in the master bedroom. Also in one another bed.
