We have three bedrooms available in our upstairs apartment. Each bedroom is fully furnished with a queen bed, dresser, and nightstand. Each bedroom has their own, electronic lock. The apartment was just renovated and all of the appliances are new in the kitchen.

Great Experience
Landlords were super friendly and amazing, and they’re there whenever you need them. Place is excellent at all terms, it is in the 3rd floor with 2 other rooms and a shared bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen had all the utensils you’d need, with a large refrigerator and freezer. Cleanliness of the whole apartment was 10/10 and there is a shared living room with a TV which was cozy and nice. Place is quiet in a good neighborhood and near Roger Williams Medical Center (10 minute walk) and there is a parking garage in the back if you have a car. I would recommend this place and would stay in it again.

Stayed over the summer working at Miriam Hospital. Less than 20 minutes drive morning/night. If you're working at the VA Hospital it is about 5 minutes away. The landlord is very professional and friendly. Parking is out back off the street and can be a bit tight. Its on the 3rd floor so be prepared to walk up and down stairs. Was able to extend my 3 month stay without a problem. The kitchen and bathroom has everything you need with a washer/dryer in the basement and your own personal storage area for groceries. Standing shower and nice hot water. Never had an issue with the wireless internet. There are 2 other rooms so it is a shared space but as a guy traveling it was a great place to live for a few months.

Travel Nurse friendly
I'd recommend this property. Landlords are very nice and easy to get along with and communicate with you. I would 100% stay again. Not far from multiple hospitals. A couple local restaurants in walking distance as well.

Perfect!
J & O were kindly and great folks to rent from. They were communicative, empathetic, helpful, accommodating, and generous. The space met my needs as a night shift travel nurse. The kitchen was great to cook meals in; full fridge and plenty of space for my supplies, utensils and crockery were available. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer on premises, and there was a pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants and a library right down the street. I enjoyed staying there and would rent from them again.
