Cozy retreat

I have to completely agree with the previous tenant's review. From the neighborhood to the gorgeous backyard, to the cottage itself, everything was fantastic. Landpark is THE place to be in Sacramento. It is centrally located anywhere you want to go. The neighborhood is infinitely walkable, beautiful, and safe. The great thing about this ADU is that it feels very private thanks to the greenery and separate entrance. The bed is super comfy and so is the couch. Dana and Harold have appointed the cottage perfectly with lots of great touches. Yes, the kitchen is minimal, but I found that the hot plate, microwave, and air-fryer/toaster oven were all I needed. You'll want to stay!

Wonderful place, wonderful hosts.

This was my first experience with Furnished Finder, and I found a gem. Dana and Harold are welcoming hosts who answered all inquiries promptly and strived to efficiently meet any requests (though I did not have many, as the place was quite complete). The cottage, recently remodeled, is darling, comfortable, well appointed, and set in a gorgeously landscaped, leafy back yard with magical fairy lights and plenty of privacy. Lighting inside is warm and plentiful but not overwhelming. It's quiet and peaceful, a good place to retreat and recharge. Heat pump heating works well; I was here briefly for a hot spell, and the AC and whole house fan really cooled the place off. The kitchen is minimalist, with hot plate and toaster oven, but turned out to fully meet my needs. Has a 3/4 size fridge and I believe Harold and Dana are adding W/D, which will totally complete the place. Neighborhood was a very pleasant, safe place to take nighttime strolls, and I often did just that. Very, very happy to have found it and a little sorry to have to leave!
