Total Privacy in a new separate in-law suite

Great stay

Stayed at this location for 14 months and it was one of the best experinces being away from home. Location was ideal for me and my dog. Katherine was super responsive and attentive, as well as accommodating. She set up the studio to have an quite and enjoyable lived experince outside of your home. I would reccomend and stay here again.

Amazing

The suite is perfectly located in a quiet and new growing community. It is minutes away from Valley Childrens hospital and shopping/restaurants. We were so lucky to have found this place while we were in between selling our house and the new home we were moving into was not available yet. Katherine opened her doors to us and we cannot thank her enough for letting us stay in our time of need. The place is fully furnished and has everything and anything you will need. It has its own private entrance and is easily accessible to come and go. If we could give her more than 5 stars we would, we were actually sad to go because it became like home. Thank you for everything!

Best Location/landlord

There are not enough words of appreciation and thankfulness to describe being able to stay here. We were in between selling our home and getting a new home and needed a place to stay. Katherine opened her doors to us, being her first tenants and was the most amazing and hospitable landlord. The suite is fully stocked with everything you might need. Theres appliances, comfortable bed, full bathroom and cabinets to our personal items. It is conveniently located from Valley Childrens hospital, few minutes from stores and restaurants. The area is quiet and peaceful. This place is beyond 5 starts. Thank you for everything!
