Roaches and unfair landlord

Don't bring your family here unless you want to live with roaches!!! Not only did we just have to deal with it we also brought some back with us when we left! Terrible, and disgusting! They also charged me for a tiny spot on their entertainment stand (which i didn't even do) but they aren't replacing it they are just charging me a percentage of what it's worth i guess!? Mind u the stand is still functional and there was a huge bulged water ring from apparently someone else who probably got charged for it and obviously it wasn't replaced. I feel like they made up reasons not to give me my deposit back. We cleaned the house and washed everything. we didn't get any of our deposit back and now are paying a professional to spray our new house to rid the roaches we brought with us!!This trailer has a studio apartment attached to it and if u have kids you will probably be told you are to loud! It's basically like there is someone else living with you, you just never see them!

Awesome Stay

The unit is very comfortable, and newly renovated. The modern and tasteful decor creates a feeling of home. The landlords, Sandra and her husband, also made me feel right at home. The street was quiet and safe, parking is covered, and the porch was cozy an inviting, also there is nice outside area with a larger table, under a beautiful Florida oak, perfect for spending time with a guest, or family. I will love to stay with them next time I visit Pensacola - if it is available -
