Avoid this rental

If I could give zero stars, I would. The unit was filthy at move-in and clearly had not been cleaned. It was not move-in ready. The landlord did not arrange cleaning, so I had to find and coordinate a service myself and was not fully reimbursed. There were also pre-existing issues and damage that I reported at move-in and documented with photos. After move-out, part of my security deposit was withheld. The reasons given changed over time and did not match prior written communication. I was even blamed for damage that existed before I moved in and had already been reported. I ultimately had to pursue legal action to try to recover what I was owed. If you rent here, document everything and be very careful with your deposit. I would not rent this unit again.
