This is a private guest unit attached to my home. The entrance is in the rear of the house with a very private patio area. The location is close to shopping, bus route, grocery store, hiking trails and beach. The room is quite large with a king bed, table n chairs. Some small appliances and dishes are in the room. It has a lovely tile shower and plenty of closet space. the home has been renovated in the past ten years.
