This property is a great location and close to two highways and 2 miles from Cherry Creek State Park, where you can kayak, bike picnic and hike. Many bike trails nearby. Walking distance to Dayton Station Light Rail. It has a wonderful outdoor enclosed back patio with table to eat meals outside.
Space
This is a great space for an active, nature loving woman. We are so close to Cherry Creek State Park and do not have to get on the roads to ride your bike 1.92 miles to it! My property has a lovely back patio that is covered. I am an end unit with very quiet, wonderful neighbors. Downstairs is the laundry and yoga center.

Great Place
This place is in a fantastic location. It's easy to get most places. Light rail and parks are within walking distance, making it easy to go downtown or enjoy fresh air. Room as its own bathroom which is always nice when traveling. I stayed here for 7 months with Michelle and have had a great time. Would recommend.

Perfect home away from home!
I stayed at Michelles home while working a nightshift contract at CHCO-Aurora. It had everything I needed to feel at home during my time, a great kitchen to meal prep in, and I slept so well between my shifts in the quiet upstairs bedroom. The en suite bathroom was extra nice for the privacy. The location is also very convenient, I was able to easily commute to CHCO without much traffic or take a trip out of the city. It was so nice to hop on the A line to get to the airport for trips home and not have to worry about an Uber or parking. Michelle is very easy going and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone working in the Denver area!
