Great location & communicative host

We enjoyed our month long stay at this property with our two young children and dog. It is in a great location in Point Loma with a beautiful view (sunset and SeaWorld fireworks) and is close to restaurants and shops. The kitchen isnt very large, but it is fully stocked and the property has good internet, comfortable beds, extra linens, large closets, nice washer/dryer, and cleaning supplies. There are more than 50 steps from the two assigned parking spots, but there is some street parking that is a little closer if you prefer. Someone parked in our assigned parking and the host was responsive immediately to find a solution. The property is under the flight path, but the windows are really good with decreasing the sound if the noise bothers you. The host was communicative, personable, and very easy to work with. We would stay here again.

Perfect Point Loma Getaway

Our stay at this Point Loma townhome was absolutely wonderful. The home is fully furnished, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might needfrom kitchen utensils, appliances, and supplies to bedding, linens, and even basic cleaning essentials. The patio offers a beautiful view, and we loved watching the sunset each evening. The natural light that floods the living room in the afternoon creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Please note that to achieve this view, there are many stairs to get to the townhome door, but if you are able, it's worth it. We also appreciated the convenience of two dedicated parking spots, including one in a secure, enclosed garage. The location is idealclose to restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores, with easy access to the highway. While the neighborhood experiences a lot of airplane noise, the double-pane windows significantly mute the sound, and it was never disruptive to our stay. Our host was communicative, friendly, and helpful which added to the positive experience. Thank you! Overall, we truly felt at home here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend this gem in Point Loma!
