The two story home was built in 1915 and has been modernized with up-to-date appliances, beautiful oak woodwork, modern windows, electrical and plumbing. Original 1915 hardwood floors throughout the entire house except for the kitchen and first floor bath which are slate tile. The home has an unfinished basement and a detached garage out back. Both of these are private and locked.

    My wife and I have lived in or near Minnesota for all our lives and love the wonderful seasons and changes of weather. We also love the outdoors and try to get up north as often as we can to camp or fish with family and friends. We live just down the street from the house that you are considering to rent. It's a great neighborhood.
