I absolutely loved this cozy, clean and private studio. It is safe, tidy, and well-equipped. You even have your own washer and dryer. Sweet, welcoming host family made my stay comfortable. Excellent parking and a private setting in an established neighborhood adjacent to Waikiki. Perfect for walkers wanting local life with Kapiolani Park, Diamond Head, and the beach just minutes away. Dreamy Stay 10 mins walk to the beach!

If you are still on your search for a place on Oahu, look no further-- this is it!! For the price, parking, cleanliness, and convenient location, you won't find anything like it!! Rachael and Frank's studio exceeded my expectations. Rachael is attentive and responsive, which made the lease process seamless. The studio is cozy and has all of your needs including furniture, AC, a full unit washer/dryer, full closet, full sized fridge, burner grill/blender/toaster/microwave/utensils. You have your own designated parking spot (most rentals I came across did not include parking!). Every time I needed assistance from Rachael, she was quick to respond and help me find a solution. The neighborhood is quiet, respectful, and only a 10 minute walk to Waikiki beach! I would definitely book here again in a heartbeat. Rachael and Frank have been the best hosts and their kids are the sweetest. Thank you Rachael and Frank for the best stay!

Perfect student studio: great location, great AC, great hosts

I absolutely loved my 3-month stay at Rachael and Frank's studio. It was perfect for my needs as a student private, quiet, and highly convenient. The unit has its own private lighted entrance, a kitchen with a large fridge, a bathroom, a washer/dryer, and excellent AC, which made day-to-day living so comfortable. The application process was seamless. Rachael is very quick to respond, and we even scheduled a FaceTime tour of the property before I signed the lease. Frank and Rachael are wonderful landlords: very communicative and responsive via text, yet always respectful of your privacy. The location is fantastic close to Waikiki, Diamond Head, the H1 freeway, and Ala Moana. If you're commuting to the west side, you'll also be traveling opposite the morning traffic, which is a huge plus. I highly recommend this studio to any students or traveling nurses in Oahu. I truly loved my time here.
