The home looks exactly as pictured, so there were no surprises there. If youre judging by the neighborhood alone, you might hesitate, but once inside, youll see that the home is likely the nicest on the block. Yes, as others have mentioned, the floors are uneven, but nothing that made the place unlivable. Id recommend this home for a single tenant. I stayed with my toddler for two months, and while it couldve worked, things got tricky. One morning she heard the neighbors dog barking on the back porch, and after that, she refused to sleep in the bedroomso we ended up sleeping on an air mattress in the living room. The walls are thinyou can hear loud music from the neighbor late at night and even their phone conversations, so keep that in mind if youre a light sleeper. Overall, it served its purpose and met my needs!

My experience with this rental was extremely stressful and disappointing. The first few months were great until the unit had serious plumbing problems - sewage and wastewater would back up into the bathtub from both the toilet and the kitchen sink, making the place unsanitary and unlivable. Despite reporting these issues, they were not treated with the urgency that an emergency like this requires. Beyond the plumbing, there were multiple other issues: uneven floors, thin coats of paint on the walls, a closet shelf that collapsed without warning, and we were locked out of the unit on three separate occasions due to the faulty key pad. The king bed" that was advertised turned out to be two old twin mattresses strapped together, making my sleep uncomfortable. After deciding not to extend my lease due to these problems, the landlord argued with me for three weeks over returning my deposit. She then provided a list of bogus charges just to avoid paying me the full amount I was owed. 0/10.
