the perfect furnished rental!

I had such a wonderful stay at this property! The home was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything I needed for my time here. The bathroom was amazing, the kitchen had everything I could want, and my favorite feature was the garage door opening up to enjoy the summer nightsit made the space feel so open and relaxing. The location was perfectsafe, convenient, and close to bus lines that made getting to UW Montlake Hospital quick and easy. Kim and Brian are awesome landlordsresponsive, kind, and always going the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of. They truly made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. This was hands down my favorite place Ive stayed in. Such a great home, great location, and amazing hostsI would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a furnished rental!

Cozy Safe Haven

I cannot say enough great things about both this studio and the hosts, Kim and Bryan! I fell in love with it the first week I was there and continued to feel safe and at home during my stay. From the natural light via the skylight, to the garage door that opens up to an awesome outdoor propane fire-pit with a view of the mountains, to the beautiful new modern kitchen, to the heated floors in the bathroom with a smart light mirror and large shower, and of course the large swivel tv for movie nights (icing on top) this place had it all. Kim and Bryan carefully created this space to have everything you need and more. Quick to accommodate your needs, they were the most thoughtful hosts! Without a doubt, I would recommend this space to anyone. Miss it already!

THE perfect studio

I truly having nothing but wonderful things to say about this space and the owner Kim. What a beautifully designed and thought out studio space. The bathroom is spa quality with heated floors and multiple shower heads. A dream after a long shift at the hospital. The sky lights and garage door let in natural light and make the space feel open and light. I love cooking and having a full kitchen was wonderful. The neighborhood feels very safe and walkable with a delicious bakery/deli near by. I loved going on walks in this cute area. Kim and Bryan are very accommodating but also respect your privacy. I would highly recommend this space!
